1. How long are shipping times?

Products will ship within 1-5 days of order placement, and then may take 10-15 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Practical Housewares has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been seeing shipping times delayed a bit. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your purchase.

2. What's your return policy?

If you need to return your items, you can contact us for a full refund. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll provide a postage label for you to return the product to us. We will refund your money in full once we have received the product. 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please follow the above return policy guidelines to return the product and receive a full refund.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, send a picture of the incorrect item and we’ll give you a refund. We will process a return shipping label for you to send the product to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
